Bed was comfortable and though what looked like to be an older room, it was clean. There was a slight odor in the room, however. Good room for the money.

Stayed to be close to the hospital while my husband was patient. The reservation was easy, staff were very helpful and the common area and room looked so nice and clean, well maintained. The room smelled lovely, bed was comfy so I slept well, no noise but I enjoyed even more next morning when I was able to eat a delicious breakfast early before visiting at hospital. Kuddos for the cook. I'm very fussy about food being cooked the way I like it and well seasoned, but I had no complaint whatsoever. Sausage gravy was some of the best and eggs yummy.

Breakfast was good. Hot breakfast options a bit limited but tasted decent. They take food safety somewhat serious with signs for 1 use utensils and asking people not to touch food with their hands. Our room was very clean. Lots of mirrors as well to help getting ready. Dog friendly hotel and we love dogs.

The desk receptionist when we checked in was exceptional in making us feel welcome!!!! There was an issue with me forgetting my license and she made it a point to make sure it got back in my hand personally!!! You could always smell the cleaning that was going on especially in the lobby when they were mopping!! Will definitely stay there again and have a completely different opinion of Microtel Inn & Suites since they are owned by Wyndham!!

The breakfast was awesome. Even 2 years once Covid hit we were offered a hot breakfast. THe menu changed each morning. There was fruit , pastries and bread. Hot biscuits or eggs with sausage and hash browns. Bagels, grits , oatmeal and yogurt were all offered. They went over and beyond with cleanliness with the food and the rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was a good location for the National Park.

The staff at this hotel is always delightful, happy, and super helpful. The breakfast in the morning is lovely! The hotel has been renovated and done really nicely. They took an old hotel and have made it fresh and nice. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is just terrific. Especially for the price.

The place was very clean and well kept. The room looked exactly like the pictures--no surprises. The breakfast had many choices and was very well stocked. The area was clean and orderly.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The woman keeping the area stocked and cleaned was charming and deserved a raise. She was engaging the customers in conversation, and along with the excellent food she prepared, she made the dining very comfortable. She made us feel at home. There are not many people like her; make sure you do not lose her. I cannot say enough about how pleasant our stay was. Even our dog and our granddaughters enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were nicely made, and the large mirror gave the room the feel of being even more extensive than it was. The bathroom was clean. The Hotel Wifi worked well, and I could keep up with my work. The breakfast was a highlight. The food and the lady that served the food were fantastic. All in all, it was a wonderful home away from home experience. We were there during Thanksgiving, and still, the staff made us feel as if we were home for the holiday.

I couldn’t believe the value of the room for the price! I immediately loved how “homey” and sweet it was walking in. It really had such personal touches (even a Christmas candle burning that made me think of home!) The suite was- well, sweet. So much space! I took such a wonderful bath and even had space for a little yoga sesh in the morning. I felt like I had my own little mini apartment for the night-a welcome treat for a traveler. The woman working behind the desk was a complete gem, everything was super clean and I loved seeing the staff with their kiddos…breakfast was pretty dang great too! What a wonderful surprise this booking turned out to be 🙃
